MARCEL N. OLARIU, FOUNDER
Marcel Nicolae Olariu was born in Romania into a Christian family and raised in the home of a master carpenter. His upbringing was deeply rooted in faith, humility, and an unwavering work ethic. From an early age, he learned the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and approaching every task with purpose and integrity. When his family moved to the United States, Atlanta became home, where he and his family have lived for the past 40 years.
Marcel's academic journey led him to Georgia Tech, where he studied architecture. Following graduation, he married the love of his life, Mirela, and together they built a family with their three exceptional children: Rahela, Rebeca, and Caleb.
KINGDOM was born from a combination of craftsmanship, necessity, and faith. Marcel's journey began years earlier, working alongside his father in their small shop at home. What started as a hands-on education in craftsmanship years later eventually became the foundation of KINGDOM and a way to provide for his young family. Through every season, Marcel has recognized the sovereign hand of God at work in his life. His faith has shaped his perspective on adversity, teaching him to see challenges as opportunities to grow, persevere, and humbly rise higher.
At KINGDOM, principles matter as much as craftsmanship. Marcel believes that a company's true strength lies in the character of its people, which is why he is committed to building a team that shares his values, integrity, and dedication to excellence.
